Innovation Engineer – Cisco Collaboration Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Must possess experience in Cisco Collaboration services with a focus on Webex Teams and Enterprise Voice, including
- Delivery excellence – The Cisco Collaboration Specialist helps design the Cisco Collaboration services we take to market through development of service delivery standards and reference architectures. They play a key role in the building and launching of new services as well as enhancing existing services and delivery standards. This includes testing and deployment of delivery automation, toolsets and reference methodologies.
- Thought leadership – The Cisco Collaboration Specialist will bring a combination of hands-on experience, expert-level accreditation and a demonstrable passion for Cisco Collaboration products and services, especially in productivity, VoIP, and Webex Teams Voice Communications. In this role, you will be called upon to provide unique insights based on experience with an eye toward new and evolving Cisco Collaboration services.This includes driving awareness within the internal technical teams of the Cisco Collaboration services and best in class reference methodologies to drive successful business outcomes. The Cisco Collaboration Specialist will also conduct delivery trainings and technical events for customers focused on productivity, Teams Collaboration and Voice, and adoption concepts supported by best-in-class reference methodologies to drive successful business outcomes.
- Mentorship – The Cisco Collaboration Specialist will invest in and be accountable for the growth and development of his/her peers and their skills that enable the successful deployment of service offerings:
- Delivery engineers and consultants
- Managed services engineers and consultants
- Growth – The Cisco Collaboration Specialist will have a shared responsibility for the growth of the overall practice and will demonstrate this by supporting delivery activities, training, creation of hands on labs and marketing event content creation and delivery.
Required Experience:
- Comfortable presenting technically challenging topics in front of large groups of people.
- Demonstrable experience configuring and implementing Cisco Collaboration services with a focus on integrating Calling Plans with PSTN services, Direct Connect, and Session Boarder Controller (CUBE) solutions.
- Service/Product development knowledge or experience.
- Cisco Collaboration certifications are an asset!
- 10+ years of relevant experience in IT engineering, IT administration, consulting, professional services and/or software engineering.
