Manager, Pre-sales [Public Cloud]
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Job type: Permanent Full-Time
In this role as a Manager of Presales, Public Cloud you will lead a team of cloud supervisors, sales specialists, and technical architects.

Responsibilities:
- You will be accountable for growing your team. This will include (but not limited to) spot coaching, in-role development, and career planning mentorship.
- You will ensure that our vendor pre-sales teams are executing the essential activities – (vendor pre-sales), driving the critical objectives (such as pipeline sufficiency, revenue, and field margin forecast), and ultimately delivering the results we expect measured and reported bi-weekly.
- Take ownership of the design, implementation, and utilization of reporting so we can more effectively manage our Cloud business.
- Ensuring that partner sales pipeline, deal registrations and results are being tracked and reported.
- You will be the primary point of escalation for our customers.
Required Experience:
- You bring a track record of success within a sales or pre-sales function.
- You are data-driven and process oriented.
- 5+ years of relevant experience and 2 years of management experience
